Landrum offers three employment options:

Temporary assignments have a start and end date. They can range from a few hours to a few weeks or even longer. These assignments are a great option if you’re looking to make some extra cash, need a temporary job, or if you’re looking to “test” out a new industry!

Contract-to-Direct assignments mean you can be hired by the company after going through a trial period, usually 15 weeks. If the company feels like you are a good fit, they can choose to hire you directly!

Direct Placement is when Landrum assists the client company with recruiting and screening for candidates to be directly placed in their organization with no trial period.
