Contribute to daily manufacturing operations by packaging, labeling, and inspecting finished food products, operating production and packaging equipment, moving materials and finished goods with a sit-down forklift, loading and unloading pallets, and maintaining clean work areas that meet food safety standards. Team members also assist with material handling and production support activities to help keep operations running efficiently.
Support weatherstripping manufacturing operations by setting up, operating, troubleshooting, and performing minor maintenance on backwinding equipment. This role involves monitoring production flow, tracking yarn usage and scrap rates, maintaining production records, coordinating package delivery, and communicating with operators, technicians, and supervisors to support daily production goals.
Join a manufacturing team where you’ll support daily production operations by inspecting equipment, monitoring machine performance, changing machine tips as needed, and completing production documentation throughout the shift. This role also involves operating CNC and related production equipment, performing quality checks using calipers and measuring tools, and maintaining a clean and organized work area.

Training Schedule: All employees must train on day shift for up to 3 weeks.

2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM | $18.00/hour
1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM | $17.50/hour
2nd Shift: 2:30 PM – 10:30 PM | $19.50/hour
3rd Shift: 10:30 PM – 6:00 AM | $19.50/hour
